Urgent Assessment Clinic
Monday - Friday 8.30 - 11.30am and 2.00 - 5.00pm
For urgent on the day appointments, this service is run by nurse practitioners and a duty doctor.
Out Of Hours Calls
We suggest that in the case of an accident or injury, you attend one of the local hospital's Accident and Emergency Departments either at Rochdale Infirmary or Burnley General Hospital.
It is important to remember that only emergency calls should be made out of surgery hours. On telephoning the practice on 0845 054 0022 you will normally hear a recorded message giving you another telephone number to ring 0845 226 2626. Emergency care is provided by a combination of Primary Care Centres based in Burnley and Rossendale hospitals. They are staffed by local general practitioners working in turn and a commercial deputising service, for those who are too ill to attend the centres or when the centres are closed.
Disabled Facilities
Our surgery is fully accessible to, and has facilities for, disabled patients.
