Health Visitors And District Nurses

Health visitors and district nurses are attached to the practice and can be contacted at the Primary Health Care Centre on 0845 054 00 33. We work closely with them. The health visitors attend our weekly Baby Clinics and we meet with the district nurses to discuss problems, ie palliative care issues etc.
