OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?
We have a computerised system for our prescriptions. However, we do ask for 48 HOURS' NOTICE (TWO WORKING DAYS) when requesting repeat prescriptions. Please use the 'order form' which lists your medication (given to you with your previous prescription). Mark the items you require with a tick, and leave it in the 'post box' at reception, or send it to us by post (enclosing an SAE) or fax it to us. To avoid mistakes, we do not accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions. Note that the form contains a review date as a reminder of when you next need to see a doctor or nurse.
If you would like your prescription collected by a local pharmacist please complete a form from reception.
