Our aim is to provide a high quality service and we are very interested in hearing any constructive comments you may have. Pass these to the receptionist in a sealed envelope addressed to Mrs Doyle, practice manager. We have a formal complaints procedure and we always welcome the opportunity to deal with any part of our service that is causing you concern. Please contact our practice manager, Mrs Doyle, by telephone, letter or in person to take advantage of this service. Every complaint or comment will be investigated quickly and in full.
Confidentiality
We ask you for personal information so that you can receive appropriate care and treatment. This information is recorded on computer and we are registered under the Data Protection Act. The practice will ensure that patient confidentiality is maintained at all times by all members of the practice team. We also understand that the duty of confidentiality owed to a person less than 16 years of age is as great as the duty owed to any other person. However, for the effective functioning of a multi-disciplinary team it is sometimes necessary that medical information about you is shared between members of the team.
